Augusten Burroughs came to Boston a few weeks back to promote one of his new books. I've been told many a time to get into his work, so I picked up "Running with Scissors." I didn't get very far because of homework obligations, but I plan on finishing it, or at least just delving deeper into his world this Thanksgiving break.
