Beauty Around The World

The Greeks & Romans known for their glowing skin have an ancient secret, & you probably keep their magic potion in a cupboard of your kitchen.

This great antioxidant helps to:
  • soften cuticles
  • maintain skin elasticity
  • impart a radiant glow
  • soften dry, irritated skin (like elbows & heels)
  • condition & tame dry, frizzy hair
  • ...and it tastes great on a piece of bread!
Can you guess the name of this essential component to their skin care regimen?

If you said salami, you're wrong!  The romantic Romans & Greek goddesses both knew that OLIVE OIL was the answer to saving their skin & hair, & they didn't stop there.

The ancient beauty lovers ate the antioxidant-rich oil on their food, too.  Olive oil is a great source of Vitamin E, & it works from the inside out to protect against free-radical damage.  Choose Extra Virgin olive oil the next time you're at the grocery store; it has the highest nutrient value, and it's the least processed version.  Try it on your head, shoulders, knees, & toes; then toss some on a scrumptious salad & know you did your body good.

Every time I eat Plov, I use the olive oil from the tomato salad to rub my hands in, that makes them nice and smooth!

Love the Post
