This great antioxidant helps to:
- soften cuticles
- maintain skin elasticity
- impart a radiant glow
- soften dry, irritated skin (like elbows & heels)
- condition & tame dry, frizzy hair
- ...and it tastes great on a piece of bread!
Can you guess the name of this essential component to their skin care regimen?
If you said salami, you're wrong! The romantic Romans & Greek goddesses both knew that OLIVE OIL was the answer to saving their skin & hair, & they didn't stop there.
The ancient beauty lovers ate the antioxidant-rich oil on their food, too. Olive oil is a great source of Vitamin E, & it works from the inside out to protect against free-radical damage. Choose Extra Virgin olive oil the next time you're at the grocery store; it has the highest nutrient value, and it's the least processed version. Try it on your head, shoulders, knees, & toes; then toss some on a scrumptious salad & know you did your body good.

I'm going to make sure I utilize my olive oil to the fullest now that I know all the things it is good for. Enjoying the information.
Every time I eat Plov, I use the olive oil from the tomato salad to rub my hands in, that makes them nice and smooth!
Love the Post
