Shredded Asparagus

I am fat like a tick full of cornbeef, cabbage, and Irish soda bread. Today we ate in celebration of Saint Patrick's Day and my grandfather Cornelius Fogarty. It was still light out when I left work, and that means the days are lengthening and warmth will envelop us soon. I am thankful for everyone in my life and all of the blessings, laughter, and love they bring. Namaste.
