Answer: Great question! I love playing with eyeshadow and eyeliner to accentuate the eyes. Notice, in the above photo, how the dark areas of eyeshadow make the shape appear
wider and taller? The effect is almost like stretching the eye. By contouring the shape of the eyelid and by enhancing it with different colored shadows, the eyes become more of a focus. This makeup look also includes a light-colored eyeliner on the lower lid. It extends from the inner corner to the outside of the eye. That adds some extra white to the eye. Be sure to line under your lower lashes with a darker color to contrast with the pale liner. Also, to really make the eyes stand out, you can use false lashes and go easy on your lip look.
