Stew of Ideas

It's been a long, strange day. I have cramps like a mofo and still had to go to work. I wound up being there way later than anticipated, but the good news is that I got a gourmet meal cooked for me by a loved one. Home made french fries and porterhouse steak garnished with rosemary and tomatoe filled the air in my home away from home, and it was so good!

I can't wait to sprawl out with my new book Eat Pray Love, and delve deeper into it's otherworldliness. I've also decided to take an Italian class, as the author has inspired me with her beautiful account of Italy. I told you my schedule was prone to change. I'm also in the works to find another job with less stress. Working for perfectionists has its costs, especially when you're one yourself, and things can change at the drop of a hat, only to go wrong leaving you feeling tense, anxious, and like the world is ending. Hm, dramatic much?

Absolutely, but only for the next seven or so days. It's okay though because I have plenty to be thankful for, and I am so in love with humanity right now. I just want to spread the love like Johnny Appleseed.. all across the world. Right over McCain and Obama, all the way to some remote village, removed enough from western culture, that they get what it is to live an existance of simple contentment.

I can't wait to get back to class and be in my element of learning. I promise this: I will go to Europe within the year!!! And I'm so excited to realize that just at this moment. Anything is possible :) And American living is so wings n things... I want to kick it old school with the cultured!!
